I love all makeup. Blush, bronzer, eyeshadow, mascara; I love it all. But if I had to pick one thing that I could not live without, it would be my lipsticks. I am a self-proclaimed lipstick junkie. When I hear about a new formula coming out just can't limit myself to one. I can't stop, won't stop. And when it comes to colour, I do not discriminate. I love them all - anything from nude to black. So I have compiled some swatches of all my favourite lipsticks.

#BLESSED
Sunday, 1 February 2015
Being that it's Sunday and in light of some recent events in my family, I thought I would take a little time to share some of the things I am grateful for. In my busy life I often overlook and take for granted all of the many things I am blessed with. I need to just sit back and take a look at how amazing (and easy) my life really is. When I look around me, I really have it quite easy.

My Brow Routine
Sunday, 18 January 2015
Ah, eyebrows. The most gruelling yet I would have to say the most important part of any woman's beauty routine. Let me tell you from experience, I have bad eyebrows. You know the super thin, over-plucked brows that we though were cool back in 2008. Ya... I fell prey to that. Not a good look. A good set of brows can do wonders for your bone structure. Amazing how two little lines of hair on you face can really make you or break you. So here is my eyebrow routine:
Just a Little About Me
Tuesday, 6 January 2015
I grew up the daughter of an artist. As a child I loved drawing, painting, colouring, writing - anything that allowed to express my imagination and use my creativity. As I got older and began to delve into the world of makeup, I realized that it was just like any other form of art. I could be as creative with it as I wanted and use it to express myself. When I was about 16 I really fell in love with it. And slowly that love has become an obsession. My dad would always tell me I didn't need makeup to feel beautiful and that I was just as pretty without it, but it has never been something I have felt I need to hide behind. I am just as comfortable bare-faced as I am with a full face of makeup. You'll catch me almost everyday at work without a stitch of makeup on. So I traded in my colouring pencils for eyeliner and my paint brushes for make-up brushes and use my face as a canvas. Makeup has become my creative outlet.
People always ask me what products I use, what are my favourite products, and how I achieve certain looks. So I have decided to put this crazy obsession of mine with make-up to some use and begin a beauty blog. I hope you enjoy this little project of mine!
